Raves Of Longton V

Raves of Longton is back! Our 5th year of our collective celebration of all the great clubs and parties that became legendary during the 90s rave scene, not only here in our very own hometown of Stoke on Trent but all over the world, which shows the impact our humble little city has had on dance music culture!

This year sees Dream Frequency as our special guests! For those of you unaware, Dream Frequency were one of the first dance music acts that performed live at Shelley’s on that legendary Friday night that is still talked about to this very day. With another guest to be announced, you’re in for a treat, that’s for sure! As always, Longtons most famous DJ export Pete Bromley will be doing a special Shelley’s set and he’s joined on the dex by Entropy & Shelley’s MC ‘Lethal’ Lee Fredericks who’ll be spinning some of Entropy’s more underground favourites. Supported by Back In The Day stalwart Mikey Worth who has very much become a permanent feature for Raves of Longton as no one digs deeper for a specialist support set. 

We can’t wait for yet another unique celebration combining some of the original heads alongside loads of newcomers who discovered rave culture and the music that has stood the test of time over the last 35+ years. 

As we regularly say, we don’t know how many of these we have left so make the most of it. You never know when it’ll be your last chance to dance 🙏🏻❤️
