Your booking provides two tickets: one titled ‘1 Day Pass & Family Duo’ for theme park entry, and a secondary ‘Family Duo’ ticket for family maze entry.

The Family Duo attractions have a limited opening window, so the visit needs to be completed within the available times. Please allow around 60 minutes to complete both attractions.

Before you book

Please print or save both parts of your ticket. Essential Companion tickets for Theme Park entry are complimentary with valid documentation, but all guests, including carers, require a full price paid maze ticket.

Family Duo attractions are open between 12pm and 5pm, except on 26 September, 3 October, 10 October, 17 October and 24 to 31 October, when the opening hours are 11am to 5pm. Attractions must be completed within the opening hours.
