Review of Jason Byrne Unblocked
Jason was very good with audience and had an excellent rapport. However his very strong language was not to my liking and, to be honest, not needed as can be noted from his attendances at Royal Variety performances ( where such language would be totally unacceptable)

Review of Al Murray The Pub Landlord A Gig For Victory
Really enjoyed the show. The set up was much better than the one for Milton Jones with the stage being placed in the centre along the long length of the marquee. Even though we were at the back we were able to see well enough.
The drinks are a bit expensive hence the 4 stars for prices. Possibly counter productive as we would have bought extra drinks if the price had been better.
A very good gig though and I can't wait for next year..........

Review of Al Murray The Pub Landlord A Gig For Victory
Al Murray was fantastic. However the venue was awful. Narrow chairs laid out touching without even an inch between them resulted in the guy next to me being pressed against my thigh and hip all evening, and it wasn’t his fault, despite us both being relatively slim, there was just no space. I couldn’t even sit with my back against the chair back as then I’d be pushing my neig*bour with my shoulder! I felt so uncomfortable being pressed against a random stranger! The venue were too greedy and crammed people in like cattle. It really let the night down I’m afraid.

Very funny man - laughed more during the evening than any other recent performance. Also the volunteers ticket collecting/seating stewards were wonderful and made the evening even better than it otherwise may have been.

Review of Jeff Green Recovering Optimist
Jeff Green is the best comedian of all time, I saw him first at Theatre Gwynedd in Bangor as a teenager, watched the DVD a thousand times, he's a family favourite and we went for my Dad's 60'th birthday with his partner and my husband, and this show did not disappoint! We laughed and laughed until our cheeks hurt. He's bloody brilliant and would've happily paid twice that to see him.
