Elevate Presents: Mind Matters Day Rave

Elevate Presents: Mind Matters – Day Rave

Saturday | 3pm–9pm

Skylahs Bar, 6–8 Southchurch Road, Southend‑On‑Sea, SS1 2NE

Mind Matters is a daytime House & Garage rave with purpose — a high‑energy community event raising funds and awareness for Men’s Mental Health. Hosted at Skylahs Bar in Southend, this winter edition blends feel‑good music, warm atmosphere, and positive connection to support a cause that affects millions across the UK.

Men’s mental health remains one of the most overlooked areas of wellbeing. Many men struggle in silence, often feeling unable to open up or seek support. This event aims to change that. A portion of profits will be donated directly to Men’s Mental Health initiatives, helping fund early support, community outreach, and awareness campaigns.

Expect uplifting House & Garage DJs, winter décor, immersive lighting, and a welcoming environment where everyone can dance, decompress, and connect. Mind Matters creates a space where music, movement, and community come together to support a vital cause while delivering an unforgettable day rave experience.
