Get ready for a unique fitness experience combining boxing, challenges, music and fun — all in a supportive small-group setting.

Facilated by GB Boxing Tutor and Personal Trainer and Teacher Lady MJ Warrior

Must be 16 and over

-Ecstatic Dance

-Showers, sauna and steam room (free till approximately 5pm) Must be 18 and over to use spa for THIS event.

-Free onsite park

Solihull College and University B91 1SB.

This is the launch event to weekly boxing classes on Saturdays from 29th August! Please arrive by 12.15pm to join in the Boxing class!
