EVIL SWORD are Kate Ferencz and Ben Furgal from Philadelphia, USA. Their chaotic live shows combine elements of noise, cryptic metal overtones, performance art, and gallows humor and feature macabre props, flashing lights, stage sets and costumes. Crashing pots and pans, flashing lights, literal bells and whistles, exploding furniture… this parade of dreams and nightmares could only be Evil Sword’s new split 12” LP with Miss Pussycat - ’The Skit Split’. These unhinged songs conjure up a world of fairy tale magic and monstrosities in equal measure. Evil Sword formed on a Halloween, and now they return to London to work through their demons.
