No room was held in a corridor no decoration
Very cold. badly organised and my grandson didn't get his present and all other children did. Very upset grandson and one really angry nannan. Would never book again

We arrived at Tapton Hall at 11am and we’re surprised to see that nothing was going on! We didn’t actually go inside because we wanted an outside party. There were no decorations and no posters or signs and no people, the car park was practically empty! So we went elsewhere!
