Rooted in Black sound and the dyke nightlife and cultures that raised us - GRIND is where bashment meets body language, R&B melts into waistlines and lovers rock pulls the dancefloor together.

GRIND is built for dykes who love rhythm - who wine low, grind slow and let loose on the dance floor.

Expect to move to music from all corners of the world, with an emphasis on Afro-fusion, tropical vibes, and Black influenced music. Infused with energy, and laced with bass and sass.

🔊DJ Alicia
From the Soul to the Decks. Rooted in the rhythms of Amapiano, Afrobeats, Afro Tech, and 3-step, DJ Alicia is a genre-defying selector known for crafting deep, spiritual, and high-energy journeys on the dancefloor. Based in Sheffield, Yorkshire, with international sets across Kenya, Tanzania, Spain, and the UK.

🔊DJ Kyza
Spinning the best in R&B, blended bashment, and old school dancehall-bringing smooth vibes and high-energy sets every time. They also run @Studded_events, an LGBTQI night in Sheffield playing the best in "RnB, bashment, and bassline bangers".

🔊BAMBI
South London based DJ and promoter known for her contributions to the House and Ballroom scene, as the UK Mother of the Kiki House of Laveaux. With a love for electronic music, she plays a variety of sounds with big bass lines and punchy percussion. She's hit the ground running since her debut in 2025 playing Glastonbury, Howl, Soho House, Queer House Party, Pxssy Palace, Suzio, Red Bull stages, Foundation fm and a regular at Dalston Superstore to name a few. Playing Global sounds of the Black diaspora, expect genre jumping sets led by the spirit of dance and rave culture.
