Salford, forget the October chill. We are turning up the heat inside the industrial brewery taproom at SEVEN BRO7HERS for a massive indoor-outdoor link-up! 

We are pairing a live outdoor charcoal grill with a massive indoor club space, fresh local craft beer, and heavy international flavors. Get ready for the perfect transition from an afternoon food hangout to a late-night club party.

🔥 THE LIVE CHARCOAL GRILL (From 4:00 PM)
The outdoor live grills are sizzling, but the seating is warm inside the taproom. To guarantee a hot plate, please select a "Food Bundle" ticket at checkout. On-the-day kitchen sales will be strictly limited!

* Signature Flame-Grilled BBQ Meats – Authentic, charcoal-grilled, perfectly seasoned meats cooked live over open flames.
* The Rice Station – Choose between our rich, smoky Jollof Rice or aromatic, spiced Pilau Rice.
* The Sides – Sweet fried plantain, golden crispy chips, and fresh seasoned side salad.

🎵 THE TRACKLIST & TIMELINE
* 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM | The Cookout Warm-Up: Escape the autumn cold with a fresh pint of local craft beer. Grooving inside the taproom to smooth 90s R&B, Neo-Soul, and classic Old School Hip-Hop.
* 8:00 PM – 1:00 AM | The Club Night: The lights dim across the brewery floor as our live DJ shifts gears into heavy 90s Dancehall, UK Garage, and classic Club Anthems until late.
