Age Requirement Drag Me to the 80s is strictly for those aged 18+. You may be requested to show proof of age upon arrival so please bring the appropriate identification.

Black treacle roasted turkey served with Yorkshire pudding, pigs in blankets, sage stuffing roasted potatoes & a thyme sauce.

Roasted carrot wellington with spiced apricot marmalade served with spring onion champ potato & vegetable gravy. (V)

All served with braised red cabbage, maple roasted parsnip, thyme carrots & brussels sprouts

Any bookings of 6 guests and under will be allocated a shared table with another party.

FAQs

How many people can we fit on our table?

• Subject to availability we have tables of 10 and tables of 12. We will allocate tables based on the number of guests in your party.

Will we be sharing our table with other groups?

• For a booking less than 6 guests, if required you will be obliged to share a table with another party booking of a smaller number.

What are the event timings?

• Doors and bars open at 19:00, food to be served approximately 19:30, entertainment to begin around 20:30, last orders at the bar will be at 23:30 for bars to close at 23:45, party to finish at midnight.

What is the dress code for the party?

• The dress code is smart casual - Jeans are acceptable. No sportswear or hoodies allowed. Smart trainers are allowed.

Is there a cloakroom?

• We operate a staffed cloakroom facility at the main entrance and coats can be left in the cloakroom free of charge.

Is there free parking onsite?

• Yes, Magna offers free parking. You are permitted to leave your car overnight at your own risk. We also have an on-site tram stop that offers direct connectivity to the centre of Rotherham and Sheffield.

Is it too late to add an additional guest to my booking?

• Providing there are places available on your tables, and the night has not sold out, you can add people to your booking up to 14 days prior to your party night. Please send an email to christmas@magnatrust.co.uk (including your booking reference number) to arrange this.

T&Cs

Magna reserves the right to cancel or reschedule your booking in the event that we are unable to accommodate the party night due to any unforeseen circumstances outside of our control. In the event of cancellation by the venue, an alternative date/event will be offered, or a full refund will be given.

Magna's Christmas Party Nights are strictly for over 18s. Magna reserves the right to refuse entry to under 18s without issuing a refund.
