Essex Summer Fest is held at Harrow Lodge Park in London.

No, Essex Summer Fest is a family friendly event for all ages.

No alcohol is permitted to be brought into Essex Summer Fest. Security will check your bags on entry.  There is an onsite bar serving a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks at reasonable prices. All money raised on the bar goes to the mental health charity Mind in Havering, Barking and Dagenham.

You are allowed to bring your own food into the Essex Summer Fest. There will be a wide variety of food and drink stalls inside the festival, serving up organic, vegetarian and vegan options. You can bring in soft drinks such as fizzy drinks or water, but these must be in sealed containers such as a plastic bottle or can. No glass is permitted. 

Unfortunately, Essex Summer Fest do not have access to running water at the event. There are free cups of water available at the bar and bottles of water to purchase.

Yes you can leave Essex Summer Fest and come back in. Please ask the security at the entrance/exit gate for a wristband.

Yes! You can also bring picnic blankets to Essex Summer Fest. There will be an area close to the stage which will be marked off as a ‘dancing area’. Please do not place any blankets or chairs in this area.

No gazebos or parasols are permitted inside Essex Summer Fest. There will be marquees around the site for shade and shelter.

Yes you can bring dogs to Essex Summer Fest but they must be kept on leads at all times.

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable unless Essex Summer Fest is cancelled by the Organiser.

There is a small public carpark inside the park close to the Essex Summer Fest site, which is free. However, we strongly advise you to take public transport.

Essex Summer Fest takes place in a public park close to Hornchurch Town Centre so it is easily accesses by a range of taxi companies and uber drivers.

Essex Summer Fest takes place on a field in a public park. Some areas may be a little bumpy but it is generally flat!
