Wines and Cheese of Central Italy!

In Week 2 we continue our Italian discovery deep into the heart of Italy, where the most recognised region lies, Tuscany. Here we find the famous Sangiovese grape, the leading variety that has a major part to play in all the reds from this zone such as; Chianti, Vino Nobile di Montepulciano, Brunello, and the hot-topical 'Super Tuscans.' In addition, we find Umbria with Orvieto. 

This tasting is designed to explore the diverse variety of wines available from Italy produced from their fascinating indigenous grape varieties most of which are only found within Italy.

This evening is suitable for all levels of wine knowledge! 

This event will include tasting samples of six carefully selected wines and cheese, wine notes & handouts, and a 2-hour interactive presentation, with Q&A, led by our wine tutor.
