Welcome to Rise and Wild. A Sunday morning experience bringing together ecstatic dance, a deep breathwork awakening journey and a room full of people ready to feel a little more alive.

We're taking over an incredible warehouse for three hours of movement, music, breath and connection. We are ready to take you on a journey, are you in? Join us with a room full of beautiful humans and the kind of energy that reminds you what it feels like to be ALIVE.

This isn't a dance class. There are no steps to learn, no choreography to get right and absolutely no pressure to look a certain way. It's your body, your movement, your experience. Come to sweat, shake, stomp, sway, jump, get weird, let go or simply find your own rhythm.

We'll move through an intentional musical arc, building the energy through an incredible DJ set before journeying into a deep breathwork ceremony. Space to move what's been sitting in your body, shift your state, connect with yourself and make room for whatever wants to come through.

A chance to meet like-minded souls, share a few nibbles, have a laugh and remember that personal growth can also be FUN.

Sometimes, it looks like letting go and dancing your fucking heart out.

Rise and Wild brings together two women with a shared love of music, movement, breath and the power of getting out of your head and back into your life.

Jeannette is a DJ and breathwork instructor, bringing the music, the energy and the intention to guide you through a powerful dance-floor journey.

Kiera brings her work as a breathwork, somatics, energetics & bodywork practitioner, bringing together breath and body-led guidance to support your journey of inner exploration and create space for a deeper experience.

Think dance floor energy, breathwork highs and Sunday morning magic. A gathering to shake things up, tune in, let go and connect with yourself, with each other, with the moment.

Come as you are, bring your curiosity, wear something you can move in and leave your expectations at the door.

You don't need to know anyone, you don't need to know how to dance, you don't need to arrive feeling confident, connected or full of energy.

Just come willing to show up.

Let's shake off the week, turn the music up, breathe deeply, move freely and meet some epic humans along the way. And remind ourselves that feeling good doesn't have to come from anything outside of us.
