Pioneering the mini-fest in the Southwest, each of our monthly sessions host diverse acts fresh off the UK festival circuit and banging local DJs until the early hours. With camping fields, boozy drinks, delicious Thai food and a super chilled atmosphere, Maker's the place to be for an inexpensive weekend of fun.
Our events are set in converted Napoleonic barracks occupying the highest point of the Rame peninsula in South East Cornwall. Maker Heights is now one of Cornwall’s most vibrant and independent creative clusters, providing affordable art studios and work spaces, a campsite, licensed bar and a 250 capacity venue; all surrounded by rolling hills, farmland and a postcard panoramic of Plymouth Sound.
Tickets are available from the Honey Room in Millbrook or online at http://www.seetickets.com/tour/maker-sessions-2016. The campsite's open at the bargain basement price of only £7 per night, and the Random Arms will open for Lady Tatam's Friday Club special too so why not make a weekend of it??
Due to new restrictions there's a strict limit on the amount of tickets sold and people through the gates. We advise you buy your tickets in advance or at least turn up early to avoid disappointment.
All events run by Maker Music and Arts are strictly 18+. Sessions campers please pitch in the group camping field nearest to the entrance, as the campsite will be open to quiet families not attending the gigs. Dogs are allowed on site but not in the venue/bar area itself, and as always please be respectful; no unauthorised soundsystems (including car stereos) to be used on site please!
