Texas Taff @ Crystal Lakes

Texas Taff BBQ is heading to Crystal Lakes Leisure, Fenstanton on Saturday 27th and Sunday 28th June for a full weekend of authentic low and slow barbecue.

Following a series of sell-out events, our signature BBQ Platters will be available by pre-order only. This allows us to smoke everything fresh, control numbers and guarantee that everyone who books receives their platter.

Each platter is loaded with a selection of Texas Taff favourites, including:

• Smoked Beef Cheek
• Pulled Pork
• Pork Belly Bites
• Smoked Turkey
• Jalapeño & Cheese Sausages
• John Davidson's Signature Chicken & Pork Hubba Jubba
• Bacon Mac & Cheese
• Brisket Pit Beans
• House Slaw
• Pickles
• Texas Toast

Every item is cooked low and slow using traditional American barbecue techniques, with meats smoked overnight for maximum flavour.

Not looking for a full platter?

We'll also be serving a range of barbecue favourites, loaded sandwiches, small bites and walk-up food throughout the weekend, available to purchase on the day while stocks last.

Whether you're booking a platter to share with friends or simply dropping by for a taste of the action, expect a weekend packed with proper barbecue, good company and great atmosphere.
