Men's Mental Health - Charity Night

Paisley Men’s Shed, est. 2017, was the first registered Men’s Shed in Renfrewshire and are based on the grounds of St Mirren Stadium. They meet twice weekly, Tuesdays and Thursdays, and provide a safe space for men to share skills, such as woodwork, shoulder to shoulder. The Shed also has a welfare cabin where men can just drop-in for a cuppa and some chat. The Shed activities improve men’s wellbeing and tackles isolation.
