Langtree Sinfonia concert

Langtree Sinfonia will give an enjoyable performance of orchestral classics. Starting with Mozart's Titus Overture, that will be followed by the well known and loved Violin Concerto by Felix Mendelssohn. Soloist will be Steve Nurse who used to lead Langtree, and played solo in a sell out performance of the Lark Ascending at St Mary's in 2024. He graduated from the University of Bristol in 2020, and won the Department Prize for Solo Performance in that year. He currently leads the Salomon Orchestra, Finchley Symphony Orchestra and Barnet Symphony Orchestra.

The evening finishes with an enthusiastic performance of Beethoven's first symphony - always a favourite with classical music lovers.
