Charge candy staff were always friendly and helpful. Only issue was having to return chargers on Sunday rather than having it over night. But we managed.

Poor value, not much charge, have to hand back before the last day

The charge candy service was really handy, but unlike 2021, they didn't have a stall at the general camping site, and then we found on the Monday morning we couldn't re-access the main arena to return the last battery pack as planned, forcing us to forfeit our deposit and keep the battery pack. This seems completely unnecessary, misleading and disappointing after finding the service so easy and well placed last year. Definitely puts me off using the service again.

I rented two lockers from chargecandy, they took payment but I nvere recived a confirmation email or any other way of accessing the lockers. Not a service but straightforward theft. Impossible to contact them. AVOID
