We take a holistic approach to health and fitness. It's in our YMCA's mission and has been since 1871. We dedicate time to mind, body and spirit to achieve true fitness. Our team is focused on improving health and wellbeing for every individual in our diverse fitness community. We welcome everyone; no goal is too small or too big. We will challenge you, and help you to redefine your goals. We help people run marathons when they don't think it's possible, we dedicate time to helping our members excel at their chosen sports, we see friendships form for life, goals redefined because the previously unachievable is made possible, and we're always moving forward, as a community. We invest in our staff team so that our members get the best possible training. We have staff trained in everything from cardiac rehabilitation to sports massage, from CrossFit to spin and yoga , and we work together to share our knowledge and improve our gym to help the community grow from strength to strength.
