About

K.Ji brings his biggest Nottingham headline show to date to The Bodega with the launch of his new project, On The Map (EP).

Following performances at Splendour Festival, becoming the first solo MC to win The Future Sound of Nottingham in 2023, opening for Noel Gallagher, Sugababes, and Rudimental, supporting Clavish at the Palais and appearing across major Nottingham events, K.Ji is stepping into the spotlight for a headline show celebrating the release of his upcoming EP.

This show is more than just a performance. On The Map represents K.Ji’s journey, his sound, and his mission to put both himself and Nottingham’s emerging music scene firmly on the map.

With multiple UK national radio plays and endorsement from BBC Asian Network, K.Ji’s fusion of his Punjabi heritage with his Nottingham UK sound defines the On The Map movement. The EP brings together big Canadian producers, Punjabi Canadian vocalists, and some of Nottingham’s hottest producers and upcoming rappers, capturing K.Ji’s worldwide, diverse sound and the cultural identity behind his mission.

The artists that K.Ji wants to put On The Map with him on the night are:

Two2’s (@two2snotts) – The first Grime act to ever win FSN, embodying a diverse lineup of MCs who have been bouncing off huge endorsements from Window Kid, Bru‑C and Snowwy.

Nikko (ne3ks92) – Fresh off two back‑to‑back headline shows and working closely with K.Ji, Nikko’s energy and dance driven performance style will bring another dimension to the night.

Archie (@iamarchiemusic)– An artist who’s been on this journey with K.Ji from early on, while also building a huge individual presence through standout projects and singles. Another Nottingham name you don’t want to miss.

Expect a night of live rap, energy, exclusive music from the new EP, and some of the city’s most exciting talent all under one roof.
