🚶 Lady Bay Walk 🌳

The Hook is a beautiful nature reserve made up of meadows running alongside the River Trent in Lady Bay. You'll feel like you're in the countryside, even though you're just minutes from the city.

This is a flat, easy walk of around 2 miles, making it suitable for all abilities, children and well-behaved dogs.

📍 How to find us

The meeting point is the Car Park (please see map - free parking available), just into Lady Bay off Holme Road beside Nottingham Rugby Ground. We'll be looking out for you, so please don't worry if you're joining us for the first time.

We'd love to see you there!
