Poorly organised event.. 1 food truck. Not allowed to leave and re-enter. Cover was not pulled over seating area. Only good thing was the singers but we left early due to being hungry cold and wet. Needs better organisation, more food availability and the option to leave and come back.

Review of Summer Outdoor 80s Tribute Festival - Junkyard Norwich

We were so disappointed at the 80's night on Saturday. We had high hopes considering the venue is usually bustling with a multitude of food vendors and the vibe is usually pretty decent. We were really unimpressed that only one vendor was open all night. The drinks were really overpriced and the whole bar scene was disorganised and sloppy. Staff were quite rude and didn't seem to want to be there either. 
Luckily the friends I was with and I made sure we enjoyed ourselves as best as we could,  even in the rain.  I had received a text earlier that day stating that the evening would be under cover, sadly only a small part of the stage area was. 
It just really let us down, for the price we paid for the tick*ts we expected a little more than what we got. Sadly we would not book a return. I wouldn't even hurry back on a usual Saturday afternoon.

Pity they couldn't be bothered to put the cover over as it was raining & forecast all week before. So all tables & seats wet. Also lack of food places .

Entry to the show was slow. The bar was very poorly laid out and extremely slow to serve customers. Bar staff didn't know difference between cider and lager. All the ale kegs weren't working and just serving throth. The food vendor(s) were just one chip van - so very poor choice. There were no signs to anything gents toilets etc. after queuing for ages at the bar, were then told lager was not available there and had to go and queue again in another bar inside a container that had no sign saying there was a bar there. The event said it was fully covered for rain and inside the music area the cover hasn't been put over, so every time
It rained which it did several times during the afternoon we all got soaked. The prices for wine were very expensive as were the spirits. On the dance floor there were 3 people eyeing up handbags and phones and clearly not dancing or enjoying the atmosphere. I reported them twice to security but no one came to observe them. A lady collapsed and was unconscious and no first aid care was carried out by staff neither did they call for ambulance. The saving grace was that actually the music was really good and the tribute acts were very good as well. We left around 6:30pm and didn't see the night out due to the poor weather and the fact security weren't sorting out the dodgy theives

The event was very good but not enough food vendors,also the alcohol was pricey and beer tasted off,The weather was wet so didn't stay very long.

Firstly, multiple staff wore Guinness zero t shirts. I asked for one they charged me for it but then they had zero Guinness zero in stock. This was when the venue opened! They then said you can have another drink. They had zero zero alcoholic drinks on offer! I had a cranberry and lemonade but paid Â£6 odd for it??? 
I thought the venue would have multiple food vendors. Wrong. A chip wagon! I hate chips. I tried to leave to go and get some food. Security. No you canât leave once youâre in. Thatâs it!  I explained that there was zero signage explaining this and that if Iâd known a) that the venue had limited food on offer and limited al hol free beer I probably wouldnât have come in early. In fact I may not have come at all. It was raining. They had advertised as âcoveredâ area. The dance area was covered and they had teepees and a bar that wasnât even signposted. The vast majority of people would get wet - end of. There was no apologies from staff, the security even tried to not let us out when weâd had enough after 2 hours of trying to enjoy the evening. If I could Iâd give this event ZERO! Awful
