TYLA'S DOGS D'AMOUR
Friday June 26th
Since the early 1980s Tyla has led his Dogs D'Amour through thick and thin.
Famous appearances on Top of The Pops down to the requisite touring in a rusted out Transit van. There have always been three constants, great songwriting, loyal fans and, of course, Tyla.
Their raunchy blues based rock and roll, the sense and feeling of romanticism remind one of Keith Richards or Ronnie Wood. They play real songs in their unique style. Meaningful lyrics and played with gusty guitar driven rhythm. After each show the audience feels that they have been up there on stage with the band. That is the level of intensity this band delivers.
Dogs D'Amour shows are exactly that; a show. A performance.
With a new solo album just released 'Gilding the Lily' and new box set of Dogs D'Amour recordings also hitting the shelves the future looks good for The Dogs.

Support from BLACK ROSE MOVES
“Black Rose Moves is a potent new act, fusing gothic rock with a mystical, danceable power. Already transcending genre boundaries, proving themselves a captivating voice in UK alternative music. Prepare to be enchanted” - ROLLING STONE
“From the shadows of Birmingham, Black Rose Moves are a goth duo making serious waves. Their sound offers a fresh, darkly compelling take on classic gothic rock. ones to watch out for” - BBC
“Their sound, like enjoying a fine wine in a dodgy dive bar, takes cues from The Cult, Sisters of Mercy, and the grittier side of ’60s garage. With booming basslines, assertive guitars, dramatic synths, and Leon’s haunting vocals, and you’ve got a concoction that’s darkly irresistible” - POST-PUNK
