About

King No-One return in 2026 with their debut album, ‘The Burden of Empathy’.

The five singles preceding the album are brash and bold and big statements from the threepiece band from northern England who begin their next chapter in confident fashion. The album highlights an even more complete and ambitious musical palette that, along with their existing anthemic setlist, is sure to move the band to the next level and set them up to be one of the most compelling live acts of 2026 and beyond.

King No-One are -
Zach Lount - vocals, guitars, piano
Joe Martin - guitars, BVs, keyboards
Rob Gration - bass, BVs

A sharp jolt of north English electricity, King No-One have quietly but assuredly become one of the UK’s most exhilarating bands on the rise. Formed in the underground scene of York, England, they cut their teeth busking on chilly city
pavements. Relentless touring and a string of infectious singles have won them loyal fans across the UK and within Europe, especially in Germany (DE), Czechia (CZ) and Austria (AT), while their open embrace of individuality and social consciousness has set them apart on the live circuit.

Bringing together glistening guitar riffs, punchy rhythms, and poetic narratives, their sound is both urgent and heartfelt. Vocalist and lyricist Zach Lount, never shy of raw honesty, channels his lived experience into a performance that is as revealing as it is relatable. Alongside him guitar hero Joe Martin throws impossible shapes and bassist Rob Gration shows he is a cult rock star in the making.

King No-One don’t just introduce themselves, they throw open the doors to their world. They insist you walk on in.
