Can I bring my own drinks?

Only water in either a reusable water flask or sealed plastic bottles, will be allowed into the venue - 500ml and under.

Are dogs allowed?

Only assistance dogs are allowed at our Northampton Saints event.

Can I bring my own food/ picnic?

No outside food can be brought into the event. We have a wonderful selection of vendors on site.

I have a dietary requirement ?

Most of our fabulous food vendors cater for dietary requirements such as vegan, gluten free & coeliac.

Should you have a specific dietary request then feel free to email us at contact@socialeatsevents.co.uk to discuss this.

Are children allowed?

Our events are family-friendly. Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult & require a separate ticket.

I have additional needs, what facilities are available to me?

Please get in touch with us in advance if you have additional requirements contact@socialeatsevents.co.uk at least 24 hours prior to the event.

Can my teenager come with friends?

An adult must accompany any U-18'S to our events- with a max ratio of 1:3

Do babies need tickets?
Yes- although under 4's are free.

Do you have baby-changing facilities?
Yes. Provided inside our accessible toilets.

Can I leave and re-enter the event?
Yes with a valid wristband and will be searched on re-entry.

Is smoking/vaping allowed?
Only in designated smoking areas outside of the stadium bowl.

Will there be seating?
Limited seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Can I bring a blanket?
Yes, blankets are welcome but must be located behind the sound engineer's tent.

Can I bring an umbrella?
Small personal umbrellas are fine, but please don't block anyone's view.

Is parking available?
Parking is available. cinch stadium at Franklins Gardens has over 1500 spaces available within easy walking distance of the stadium. We recommend booking parking in advance to avoid disappointment.

Check your event's webpage for parking info.

Is the event accessible for wheelchairs?
Yes, however most of our events are held in fields so be prepared for uneven terrain.

Are there cash machines on site?
No. We recommend bringing both cash and card. Our bars only accept card but food vendors / funfair rides and stalls should all take both.

Do vendors take card payments?
All do but having some cash is always a good backup.

Will there be security checks?
Yes, bag checks will be carried out on entry. Any prohibited items shall be removed and destroyed.

What items are banned?
Glass containers, weapons, illegal substances, drones, fireworks, large umbrellas, gazebos, alcohol & food.

Can I bring my camera?
Small personal cameras are welcome. Professional photography needs prior approval.

Will there be first aid?
Yes, trained first aid staff are on site at all events.

What happens if it rains?
Most events go ahead in all weather. Bring a raincoat just in case.

Can I get a refund if I can't attend?
Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled.

What if the event is cancelled?
You'll be contacted by email with refund or rescheduling options.

Can I upgrade my ticket?
If upgrades are available, contact us before the event.

Can I camp overnight?
Only at events that specifically advertise camping.

Can I leave my car in the car park overnight?

Yes, but note car park D will be closed from 1am Sunday 28th until 8am Monday 29th. Parked at owners own risk. Please double check there are no parking restrictions.

Do you have lost property?
Yes, report lost items to us via email after the event.

Can I apply to be a vendor?
Yes,drop us an email or DM with your enquiry.

Can I bring a pushchair/buggy?

Yes, however be prepared for uneven terrain.

Can I bring my bag into the event?

Yes, but it will be checked as part of security measures. All bags will need to be smaller than an A5 piece of paper in size 5.8 x 8.3 inches.
