This evening of music and spoken word by 3 top NE talents will take place in the wonderful Cafe Etch in Middlesbrough. This is a gorgeous little venue which seats about 50 people. There will be hot and cold drinks, including beer, on sale as well as hot food and cake.
Sue Conroy is a Middlesbrough based singer songwriter who has recently hit the folk and acoustic scene, wowing people with skilful song writing, great guitar work and stage presence. Her songs range widely and include comedy, politics, observation and more reflective, whimsical songs as well. She's been compared with Billy Bragg, Grace Petrie, Sally Ironmonger and Victoria Wood.
Durham based David Farn is an actor, playwright, comedian and performance poet who will keep you laughing and make you think as his alter ego Owen Brecon.
Chris Allon who hails from Middlesbrough is a brilliant ukulele-wielding singer and comedian who is guaranteed to be hilarious and highly entertaining!
