Last entry will be 8.30pm - any tickets not redeemed by this time may be resold.
1. Refusal of Entry and Removal from the Venue
1.1. The Event Organizer, Venue Management, and Authorized Security Personnel reserve the right, at their absolute discretion, to refuse entry to, or safely remove from the Venue, any ticket holder without a refund or compensation.
1.2. Grounds for refusal of entry or immediate removal include, but are not limited to, instances where a ticket holder:
  • Fails to produce a valid ticket or acceptable, government-issued photo identification upon request.
  • Refuses to submit to mandatory security checks, including body frisks, bag searches, or metal detection.
  • Is found to be in possession of, or attempting to bring in, any Prohibited Items (as outlined in Section 2).
  • Appears to be under the influence of illegal substances or heavily intoxicated by alcohol.
  • Engages in abusive, aggressive, threatening, discriminatory, or anti-social behaviour towards staff, performers, or other attendees.
  • Acts in a manner that compromises the safety, health, or comfort of anyone present, or causes damage to the Venue structure and property.
  • Fails to comply with reasonable instructions given by Event staff, security personnel, or emergency services.
  • Breaches any local laws, licensing regulations, or specific Venue rules.
1.3. Arriving after the designated gate-closure or last-entry time specified on the ticket may result in refusal of entry, with admission of latecomers remaining entirely at the discretion of the Venue Management.
2. Prohibited Items
2.1. The following items are strictly prohibited inside the Venue and will be confiscated upon discovery:
  • Weapons, fireworks, flares, lasers, smoke canisters, or any items that could be used as weapons or projectiles.
  • Illegal drugs, new psychoactive substances, or unidentifiable medication (except where supported by a valid doctor's note or prescription).
  • Outside food and beverages, including alcohol, glass bottles, and aluminium cans.
  • Professional audio, video, or photography recording equipment without prior written press accreditation from the Organizer.
3. Liability and Consequences of Breach
3.1. If you are refused entry or removed from the Venue under Section 1, your ticket will be rendered completely void.
3.2. The Event Organizer and Venue shall not be liable for any refunds, ticket compensation, travel expenses, accommodation costs, or any other financial losses or damages resulting from your refusal of entry or removal.
3.3. The Event Organizer reserves the right to issue a temporary or permanent ban from all future events to any individual removed for severe or illegal breaches of these Terms and Conditions.
