The great celebration of Brazilian music arrives in Manchester!
On July 31st, Bloco do Caos makes its Manchester debut, bringing the infectious energy of its European tour, "Nosso Canto".
On its fifth European tour, the São Paulo-based band presents a vibrant live show that blends reggae, rock, rap and tropical rhythms into a true celebration of Brazilian music. A concert designed for singing, dancing and connecting.
Alongside original songs that have gathered millions of streams, the audience will experience fresh and energetic reinterpretations of classics by Natiruts, O Rappa, Skank, Charlie Brown Jr. and Chico Science. Samba, maracatu, forró, cumbia, afrobeat and electronic beats come together in a unique musical journey without borders.
Having shared stages with Bob Dylan, Gilberto Gil, Manu Chao and Seal, and collaborated with artists such as Toni Garrido, Falamansa, Maneva, Big Mountain and Los Cafres, Bloco do Caos has developed a distinctive sound that combines the joy of Carnival with the power of contemporary urban music.
For Brazilians, it's a chance to reconnect with home, meet friends and sing along to songs that have shaped generations.
For locals, international residents and lovers of world music, it's an invitation to discover the richness of Brazilian culture through an energetic, diverse and unforgettable live performance.
