Joshua Brooks Remastered | Night Two

Night two of the Joshua Brooks Remastered weekend, 12 September 2026. The second night in the rebuilt basement, and the one with a headline booking behind it.

We are not announcing who it is yet. What we will say is that the name is confirmed, it is a Joshua Brooks debut, and it is the kind of booking a small room on Princess Street only gets to make once. If you have followed house music at any point in the last thirty years, you already know the records. You have just never heard them in this basement.

The venue itself has been rebuilt for the second time in five years. The 2021 refit brought the building back from closure, restored the bricked arches and installed the Void Acoustics system that has anchored every night since. The Remastered work goes deeper into the fabric of the club. None of it is being shown ahead of the weekend. The first people to see it are the people who buy a ticket.

Joshua Brooks has been part of Manchester nightlife since 1993, an underground club that has hosted three decades of house, techno, disco and drum and bass without ever pretending to be anything other than a basement with a very good sound system. That is what has been protected in this refurb, and what has been built on.

Night two is the bigger ticket for a reason. The lineup lands when it lands. The tickets are on sale now.
