Tokyo's underground music scene runs very deep, it bursts through the Earth's crust, passes through the mantle, and reaches the UK.
THE WAMEKI is a trio. No guitarist, the bassist plays a two-strings bass guitar, the drummer plays a three-piece kit(bass drum, snare, hihat),and the vocalist just repeatedly jumps on the stage.
This stripped-down minimalist formation made a new sound - the blues of the 25th century.
