Christmas Carol Goes Wrong is a West End comedy from Mischief, the multi award-winning company behind The Play That Goes Wrong, Peter Pan Goes Wrong and The Comedy About a Bank Robbery. Following a sold-out run at London's Apollo Theatre, it returns with the Cornley crew trying to stage a Dickens classic while miscommunication, set delays, missing actors and a dispute over who will play the lead throw the production into chaos.
The show reworks the story of Ebenezer Scrooge into a deliberately disastrous Christmas production, with the Cornley team’s problems escalating as the performance unfolds. It is described as a festive take on the much-loved story, built around the company's familiar style of theatrical chaos and comic mishaps.
