About

I warmly invite you to join this guided exploration of Conscious Connected Breathwork, a simple yet powerful technique that uses the breath as a gateway to connect our mind, body and spirit.

This technique opens up the respiratory system and uses the body's natural healing abilities to release physical, mental and emotional tension from the body. It provides access to the unconscious mind and can be profoundly healing. Breathwork has the power to bring a deeper sense of connection with ourselves, creating a sensation of calm and wellbeing.

With a maximum of eight participants, this is an intimate space where you can feel safely held and allow your nervous system to do what it already knows how to do.

The session is guided in a gentle and grounded way, making it welcoming for both beginners and experienced breathers. You don't need to be flexible, spiritual, or "good at relaxing". You are invited exactly as you are.

Conscious connected breathwork is a benign modality; however, there are a few contraindications. This workshop is not suitable for individuals who are pregnant or suffer from any of the following conditions:

- Psychotic or borderline psychotic states
- Bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, borderline personality disorder or a previous psychiatric condition
- PTSD
- Diagnosis of aneurysm in the brain or abdomen
- Uncontrolled thyroid conditions or diabetes
- Cardiovascular disease including angina, previous heart attack or stroke
- Glaucoma
- Detached retina (untreated)
- High blood pressure (not controlled with medication)
- Recent surgery
- Any other medical, psychiatric or physical conditions which would impair or affect your ability to engage in any activities that involve intense physical and/or emotional release

Please note that tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable so double check your diary before you book!
