

Hamilton tells the story of Alexander Hamilton, one of America’s Founding Fathers. An immigrant from the West Indies, he became George Washington’s right-hand man during the Revolutionary War and helped shape the foundations of the United States.
The score blends hip-hop, jazz, blues, rap, R&B and Broadway. The production has book, music and lyrics by Lin-Manuel Miranda, is directed by Thomas Kail, and features choreography by Andy Blankenbuehler, with musical supervision and orchestrations by Alex Lacamoire. It is based on Ron Chernow’s biography of Alexander Hamilton.
Running time: 2 hours 45 minutes, including a 15 minute interval.
Hamilton is suitable for ages 10+ as it contains some strong language. Everyone, regardless of age, must have their own ticket to enter the theatre. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by, and sit next to, a ticket-holder aged 18 or over. Children under the age of 3 will not be admitted.
Latecomers may not be admitted until a suitable break, and entry cannot be guaranteed. No exchanges or refunds are available after purchase.
