The Hunger Games On Stage at Troubadour Canary Wharf Theatre brings Suzanne Collins’ internationally acclaimed book and Lionsgate’s motion picture to the stage in London. This is the first theatre adaptation of the story, following Katniss Everdeen as she defies the odds.

The production is led by award-winning playwright Conor McPherson, known for Girl from the North Country and The Weir, and director Matthew Dunster, whose work includes 2:22 A Ghost Story, Hangmen and The Pillowman.

Arriving in London in 2025, the show presents the original Hunger Games story in a live theatre setting for audiences familiar with the books and films.

Running time: Act 1 1 hour 07 mins, interval 20 mins, Act 2 1 hour 08 mins.

Before you book

This production contains loud noises and explosions, haze and smoke, flashing lights and strobe. It also includes depictions of murder and manslaughter, and references to death, grief and guilt. A good guide is to check whether you and your party are comfortable with the level of content in The Hunger Games films. It is recommended for ages 12+.

Under 3s are not permitted. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. No exchanges or refunds are available after purchase.
