The Hunger Games On Stage premieres in London in 2025 at Troubadour Canary Wharf Theatre. It is the first theatre adaptation of Suzanne Collins’ The Hunger Games and Lionsgate’s motion picture, bringing the story to the stage in a purpose-built venue.

The production follows Katniss Everdeen as she defies the odds in a story of courage, hope and human spirit. The creative team includes playwright Conor McPherson and director Matthew Dunster.

Set in Panem, the show adapts the original story for a live audience.

Running time: Act 1 1 hour 07 minutes, interval 20 minutes, Act 2 1 hour 08 minutes.

Before you book

This production contains loud noises and explosions, haze and smoke, flashing lights and strobe. There are depictions of murder and manslaughter, and references to death, grief and guilt. No under 3s are permitted. A good guide is to check whether you and your party are comfortable with the level of content in The Hunger Games films. The recommended age is 12+, and under 16s must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.
