Oh, Mary!

About Oh, Mary!

Oh, Mary! at Trafalgar Theatre, London, is a dark comedy by Cole Escola, directed by Sam Pinkleton. It follows Mary Todd Lincoln in the weeks leading up to Abraham Lincoln’s assassination, using the character’s unrequited yearning, alcoholism and suppressed desires to shape an 80-minute one-act play.

The production received Tony Awards for Best Leading Actor in a Play and Best Direction of a Play, and The New York Times described it as one of the best comedies in years. For the London transfer, Mason Alexander Park stars in the production.

Running time: 1 hour 20 minutes, with no intermission.
