

Oh, Mary! at Trafalgar Theatre in London is a dark comedy by Cole Escola, directed by Sam Pinkleton. It follows a miserable, suffocated Mary Todd Lincoln in the weeks leading up to Abraham Lincoln’s assassination, using a sharply comic lens on her life and desires.
The play is an 80-minute one-act about unrequited yearning, alcoholism and suppressed desires. It has received Tony Awards for Best Leading Actor in a Play and Best Direction of a Play.

The role of Mary Todd Lincoln will be played by Mason Alexander Park until 18th July, Cole Escola from 20th July to 15th August, and Jinkx Monsoon from 17th August to 26th September. Due to personal reasons, Catherine Tate will no longer perform in Oh, Mary! at the Trafalgar Theatre. The cast also includes Kate O'Donnell as Mary’s Chaperone, Oliver Stockley as Mary’s Husband’s Assistant, Dino Fetscher as Mary’s Teacher and Giles Terera as Mary’s Husband.
