This Halloween, Twisted Circus takes over the Dutch Master for an afternoon of music, costumes and unforgettable views across London.

On Saturday 31 October, 350 partygoers will set sail from Tower Millennium Pier for one of the city’s biggest Halloween boat parties.

Expect two floors of music, an open-air deck, a fully stocked bar and London’s iconic skyline as the backdrop. Come dressed for Halloween—or simply come ready to dance.

Plus a few Halloween favourites along the way.

THE BOAT

The Dutch Master is a three-level party boat featuring two floors of music, onboard seating, electric heaters, fully stocked bars and a large open-air deck.

Whether you’re going all-out with your costume or keeping it clean and understated, this is your chance to celebrate Halloween differently—on the Thames, surrounded by good people and great music.

📍 Departure: Tower Millennium Pier, Lower Thames Street, London EC3N 4DT
 🚇 Nearest station: Tower Hill
 🕧 Arrival and boarding: 12:30PM
 🚢 Departure: 1PM sharp
 🕔 Return: Approximately 5PM

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before departure. The boat cannot wait for late arrivals, and missed departures will not be refunded.
