Jesus Christ Superstar at Theatre Royal Drury Lane in London is the award-winning Regent’s Park Open Air Theatre production, extended to this venue after record-breaking demand for the summer season at The London Palladium. Tim Rice and Andrew Lloyd Webber’s musical follows the last days of Jesus Christ through the eyes of Judas.

The score reflects the rock roots that defined a generation and includes I Don’t Know How to Love Him, Gethsemane and Superstar. The production is directed by Tim Sheader, with choreography by Olivier Award-winner Drew McOnie and design by Tony and Olivier Award-winner Tom Scutt.

Starring Sam Ryder as Jesus in his West End debut, the production combines a well-known score with a clear, story-led approach to the final days of Jesus Christ.
