My only issue was that in buying the tickets on the Skiddle website, it looked like you had to buy a separate £9-ticket per set: i.e. 4 bands = £36 per person. I had to phone the venue to make sure it was only 1 ticket needed for the whole evening.

Fantastic evening. Came to see High Windows who knocked it out the park. This is the place to discover great new bands! Got there in time to see the Ultraviolets too, terrific stuff. I'll be back!

the best selection of bands I have seen in a long time. The venue was of an intimate size so no matter where you where stood in the veue you could see and felt a part of the crowd. Great atmosphere

Love the water rats such a great venue. Always have a great night there. The bans were all fabulous especially San Quentin. Highly recommended.

A great sound mix at The Water Rats. Only short sets by the bands but enough to get a good idea of what they’re about. A good night out !

Excellent show, particularly from the outstanding AlienBlaze. Venue was difficult to navigate though - very hard to get from the main bar to the separate stage area as itv was extremely overcrowded. Bar prices were very good and the sound and lighting systems were excellent.
