About Cabaret at the Kit Kat Club

Cabaret at the Kit Kat Club is the London production of Cabaret, staged at the transformed London Playhouse Theatre. It is a musical by John Kander, with lyrics by Fred Ebb and a book by Joe Masteroff, based on the play by John Van Druten and stories by Christopher Isherwood.

The production won a record-breaking seven Olivier Awards, including Best Musical Revival. It features the songs Wilkommen, Don’t Tell Mama, Mein Herr, Maybe This Time, Money and the title number Cabaret.

Duration: Approx. 2hrs 45mins, including interval. Act 1: 1 hour 40 minutes. Act 2: 45 minutes.

Before you book

The venue opens 75 minutes before the start time and you should arrive 30 minutes before the performance begins. For matinees, the venue opens at 12:45 for a 14:00 start; for evening performances, it opens at 18:15 for a 19:00 start. Latecomers will be admitted at a suitable point, which may be the interval.

Once the show has started, readmission to the auditorium cannot be guaranteed if you need to leave your seat, and there may be up to a 30 minute wait before you can return. If you are likely to need to leave during the performance, please speak to a member of staff before the show begins. No exchanges or refunds are available after purchase.
