Cabaret is playing at London’s Playhouse Theatre, transformed for this production into the Kit Kat Club. Set in a time when the world is changing, it places the story inside a nightclub world and features songs including Wilkommen, Don’t Tell Mama, Mein Herr, Maybe This Time, Money and the title number Cabaret.

This West End production has won a record-breaking seven Olivier Awards, including Best Musical Revival. It is one of the most successful musicals of all time, with music by John Kander, lyrics by Fred Ebb and a book by Joe Masteroff, based on the play by John Van Druten and stories by Christopher Isherwood.

The show is designed as an intimate production and runs for approximately 2 hours 45 minutes including an interval.

Key facts: Approx. 2hrs 45mins incl. interval; Act 1 runs for 1 hour 40 minutes and Act 2 for 45 minutes.

Before you book

Arrival and entry: The venue opens 75 minutes before the start time, and you should arrive 30 minutes before the performance. Latecomers will be admitted at a suitable point, which may be the interval. Once the show begins, readmission to the auditorium cannot be guaranteed if you leave your seat, and there may be up to a 30 minute wait before you can return.

Refunds and performance times: No exchanges or refunds are available after purchase. The venue opens from 12:45 for 14:00 matinee performances and 18:15 for 19:00 evening performances.
