A combination of small, niggling factors would lead me to not recommend this event.
The music itself was great and is exactly what I went for.

However we the doors were not opened until nearly 6pm when they should have opened at 5.30. This meant we missed out on soaking up the atmosphere. Once in, I had the pleasure of paying £8.40 for a pint of Stella and then to add to the fun, Andy C was late onto stage.

Overall this affected the experience as it just wound me up. What was originally advertised as a 5 hour set, was only actually a 3 hour and 45 minute set. I appreciate Andy C not being allowed to play the 5 hours anymore due to injury, but perhaps someone could have organised another DJ to play in the first hour, which then Andy would follow.

Not worth the money.

Bought tickets through AXS and followed their instructions of downloading ‘The Venue’ app to obtain a barcode which was successful until getting all the way to the end of the queue to be told I had to go to the book office where I question for another one and half hours! Completely missed the intro and he was already understandably playing an hour less!

Andy c was great. the O2 venue staff and facilities as in only one main bar for standing crew was abysmal. Would never go to O2 again absolute gash venue.

Andy C was amazing but the O2 was an abomination. Skiddle tickets wouldn't scan so after over an hour queueing were told we had to go all the way to box office and get a paper copy. Why there staff didnt come out and let people know this before queueing is beyond me. Then a massive queue at box office. When we got our ticket the queue was so long we decided to go to front and were let in side entrance. Inside ground level had one main bar and one side bar and that was it. Queues were unreal. I bought a bottle of wine and a pint just so I didn't have to queue. Total bill £47. Unbelievable. Look Andy smashed it though the sound levels were not brilliant but still had a good night. Andy please dont go to O2 again its absolutely gash venue, complete rip off bar and the organisation was non existent. Compared to Wembley arena which absolutely nailed it O2 should not be allowed to hold big events they were total amateurs.

Loved it.

However the ticket scanners wouldn't work for your App skiddle so we had a delay in getting in because everyone had to download a different app and transfer the tickets which would have been good to know in advance rather than being stood in the queue being told and then only being let in at 6.30 because of it.

Incredible evening, had to leave early but thoroughly enjoyed the experience

The Venue and music was absolutely amazing.
The light show was next level
And Andy C smashed it as always.
The only bad point was trying to get in.
There were massive problems with tickets and the running of the crowds outside the venue was a right mess I’ve never seen anything like it.
It took 2 and a half hours of absolute chaos with people not knowing where to go and no real guidance for people outside. Staffing of this part needs to be reassessed big time.
Once inside though it was an absolutely amazing night.

Organisation was appalling. Doors opened 30mins late, it took an hour to queue only to be told my app wasn’t working for the barcode ticket. So I had to queue up again at box office to only be told that I needed to download another app and create an account to access a new barcode ticket.

Couldn’t find my friend for the entire set due to no signal, queues for the bar were 20-30mins, sound system was poor.
