About Buffy Revamped (2026)

Buffy Revamped at the Lyric Theatre is a fast-paced, one-person retelling of the 144 episodes of Buffy the Vampire Slayer, told through Spike’s point of view. It turns seven seasons of the TV series into a seventy-minute stage show, mixing comedy, satire and 90s pop-culture references.

The show first appeared at the Edinburgh Fringe in 2022 and has since toured the UK, played a Christmas season in Toronto in 2023, and completed several sold-out national tours. It was also the best reviewed show at Edinburgh 2023.

Created by comedian Brendan Murphy, whose previous show FRIEND (The One with Gunther) won Best Play at the World Wide Comedy Awards, Buffy Revamped was named Best One Person Show and Best Comedy Performance at the DarkChat Awards 2022.
