About Buffy Revamped (2026)
Buffy Revamped (2026) at the Lyric Theatre, London, is a fast-paced parody of Buffy the Vampire Slayer told through the eyes of Spike. In seventy minutes, it covers the show’s seven seasons and all 144 episodes, bringing the 90s series to the stage with satire and pop-culture references.
The production premiered at the Edinburgh Fringe in 2022, then played a Christmas season in Toronto in 2023 and several sold-out national tours. It was created by comedian Brendan Murphy, whose previous show, FRIEND (The One with Gunther), won Best Play at the World Wide Comedy Awards.
It is a comedy built for Buffy fans, but it is also set up for anyone who knows the series, or wants a clear, sharply written take on the story.
