About Buffy Revamped (2026)

Buffy Revamped (2026) at the Lyric Theatre, London is a fast-paced stage retelling of the 144 episodes of Buffy the Vampire Slayer, told through Spike’s point of view. The show condenses seven seasons into 70 minutes, using the perspective of the one character who knows the story inside out.

Created by comedian Brendan Murphy, the production toured the UK after its award-winning Edinburgh Fringe premiere in 2022, a Christmas season in Toronto in 2023 and several sold-out national tours. It is described as funny, satirical and full of 90s pop-culture references.

Murphy’s previous show, FRIEND (The One with Gunther), won Best Play at the World Wide Comedy Awards. Buffy Revamped was also named Best One Person Show and Best Comedy Performance at the DarkChat Awards 2022, and was the best reviewed show at Edinburgh in 2023.
