About The London Eye River Cruise

The London Eye River Cruise is an award-winning sightseeing cruise departing from the pier below the London Eye. This 40-minute circular cruise takes you along the Thames past some of London’s best-known riverside landmarks, including the Houses of Parliament and Tower Bridge, with on-board commentary bringing the journey to life.

The ticket includes a souvenir guide map in seven languages and access to The London Eye 4D experience.

It is suitable in all weathers, with covered and sun deck seating. Audio commentaries are available on a first-come, first-served basis in French, German, Spanish, Dutch, Italian, Russian, Japanese and Mandarin.

Key facts: Duration: 40 minutes. This is a circular cruise without stops, with boarding and disembarking at The London Eye Pier only. Timed entry applies, and the exact admission time is confirmed at checkout and on the voucher.

Before you book

Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. Infants aged 3 and under are free, but still need a ticket.

Please arrive at The Eye Pier at least 15 minutes before the time shown on your e-ticket. Present your e-ticket, printed or on a mobile device, so it can be scanned before boarding.

Disabled guests should buy a standard ticket and will qualify for one complimentary helper ticket, requested on arrival with proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible, but only three wheelchairs are allowed on the cruise at any one time. Mobility scooters cannot be admitted. There are no exchanges or refunds after purchase, and the ticket price does not include a flight on The London Eye.

The pier is below The lastminute.com London Eye and is within walking distance of Waterloo, Embankment, Charing Cross and Westminster Underground stations. Waterloo is about five minutes away. Embankment and Charing Cross are around a 10 to 15 minute walk, and from Westminster station you can take exit one and follow signs for Westminster Pier.
