The London Eye River Cruise departs from the pier below the London Eye and offers a 40-minute circular sightseeing cruise on the River Thames. It is an award-winning cruise that takes in some of central London’s best-known riverside landmarks, including the Houses of Parliament and Tower Bridge, with live commentary from the on-board guides.

The cruise is designed to give visitors a different view of the city from the river. Commentary includes facts and stories about landmarks such as Millennium Bridge, Harry Potter and the Houses of Parliament, while a souvenir guide map is included and available in seven languages. The ticket also includes access to The London Eye 4D experience.

Suitable in all weathers, the boat offers covered and sun deck seating. Audio commentaries are available on a first come first serve basis in French, German, Spanish, Dutch, Italian, Russian, Japanese and Mandarin.

Before you book

Arrival and entry: Please go to The Eye Pier at least 15 minutes before the time shown on your e-ticket. Your exact admission time will be confirmed at checkout and on your voucher. E-tickets can be shown printed or on a mobile device for scanning before boarding.

Children and tickets: Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. Infants aged 3 years and under are free, but they still must reserve a ticket.

Refunds and access: There are no exchanges or refunds after purchase. The attraction is wheelchair accessible, but only three wheelchairs are allowed on board at any one time. Disabled guests should purchase a standard ticket and can request one complimentary helper ticket on arrival with proof of disability. If you need a wheelchair timeslot, it is recommended that you email customer.services@londoneye.com in advance and quote your order reference. Mobility scooters cannot be admitted.

The pier is situated below the lastminute.com London Eye. Waterloo is the closest Underground station and is about five minutes’ walk away. Embankment and Charing Cross are each about a ten to fifteen minute walk, and Westminster station is also nearby.
