The London Eye River Cruise departs from the pier below The London Eye in Westminster. It is an award-winning 40-minute circular sightseeing cruise on the Thames, with boarding and disembarking at The London Eye Pier only and no stops along the way.
The cruise passes some of London’s best-known riverside landmarks, including the Houses of Parliament and Tower Bridge. On board, expert guides provide commentary that includes facts about the Millennium Bridge, Harry Potter and the history of the Houses of Parliament.
The ticket includes a souvenir guide map available in seven languages and access to The London Eye 4D experience. Audio commentaries are available on a first come, first served basis in French, German, Spanish, Dutch, Italian, Russian, Japanese and Mandarin.

Timed entry is as selected, with the exact admission time confirmed at checkout and on your voucher. Please go to The Eye Pier at least 15 minutes before the time shown on your e-ticket and present it printed or on a mobile device for scanning before boarding.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. Infants aged 3 and under are free, but they must still reserve a ticket. Disabled guests should purchase a standard ticket and will qualify for one complimentary helper ticket, which should be requested on arrival with proof of disability.
The attraction is wheelchair accessible, but only three wheelchairs are allowed on the cruise at any one time. Mobility scooters cannot be admitted. Once you have booked, it is recommended that you book a wheelchair timeslot in advance by emailing customer.services@londoneye.com and quoting your order reference. There are no refunds or exchanges after purchase.

The pier is below The lastminute.com London Eye. Waterloo is the closest Underground station, around a five-minute walk. Embankment and Charing Cross are about 10 to 15 minutes away via Hungerford Bridge, and Westminster station can be reached by exiting at Exit 1 and following signs for Westminster Pier.
