I would not recommend this event.

I purchased two tick*ts and travelled from Leicester specifically to attend the Champions League Final fan zone. Despite holding valid tick*ts, we were refused entry on arrival because the venue had reached capacity.

There were numerous other tick*t holders in the same situation, all of whom had paid for entry and travelled to attend. It was extremely disappointing to be turned away at the door despite having valid tick*ts.

The atmosphere outside suggested the event had either been oversold or capacity had not been managed appropriately. As paying customers, we expected entry to be guaranteed.

I am still awaiting a response regarding my refund request.

Had two small screens in a room full of people to watch the CL final. We couldn't see the ball from where we were stood due to the two very small TVs.

This was so poorly organised I'm sorry. My crew and I were denied entry and I'd just is to be done I'd need my full refund for the 2 x tick*ts that I purchased for this event. Someone in management or customer service support should contact me to process the refund. So unfair and unacceptable.

Was advised there would be street food and no food available. Drinks were very expensive and no where to sit, but atmosphere was great and even with the few things which could have been better still really enjoyed the day

Worst Fanzone oat, shut my mate out who had a tick*t as they oversold. No comms. Tv out of sync. Avoid.

Went with my 15 year old daughter. I was looking for a family friendly place to watch the game, however this was not a suitable place for under 18s. We left at half time as it was getting too rowdy. Also didn't appreciate people vaping inside. Staff were lovely, but not the sort of place to bring kids.

Cool venue bar is long and easy to get served, great atmosphere but the temp in there was hard to handle.

The event was oversold. My friends and I travelled all the way from Denmark, only to be denied entry because the venue had reached its capacity.

We do not understand how this could happen when tick*ts were sold in advance. The number of tick*ts sold should correspond to the venue's capacity, allowing attendance to be managed accordingly.

Since we were not allowed to enter and were therefore unable to use our tick*ts, we would like to request a full refund.!!!

Came for the campions league final.
Upstairs was over capacity so had to watch downstairs.
There were 2 50 inch TV's I should have gone down my local pub.
The same organizers had an event at Egg, that was much better, we managed to get tick*ts for there second half, Egg was spot on, proper big screens , good vibes.
Shame the dome was selected as a Fanzone, will not return.
